转自:成都日报锦观 如何推动成都商旅深度融合发展 □王川 商旅体验有同质化现象。近几年,成都市域内各地大量布局商旅融合项目,但部分项目缺乏特色定位。 部分历史文化街区呈现明显的"千街一面"特征,街区品牌和商业业态高度雷同,售卖相似的旅游纪念 品、小吃,大同小异的民俗表演。新建的商业地标互相模仿,未充分吸收本土文化并实现在地化发展, 未能形成差异化竞争优势,既削弱了城市商旅品牌的独特性,又难以满足游客多元化需求。众多乡村商 旅融合项目的主要经营模式是观光、节事、民宿等,内容和形式都缺乏创新和吸引力。 商旅产业融合趋于浅层化。成都市的部分商业与旅游业融合项目,多停留在商业载体吸引游客购物、观 光等客流的初级阶段,商业与旅游业融合程度较浅,产业链条较短,附加值较低。例如,一些仿古街区 的业态以纪念品销售、传统餐饮为主,成都地域文化特色中的蜀绣、竹编等文化未能融入其中开发出高 端旅游产品,也未跨界融合出现前卫的数字文创产品,导致游客短暂购物、用餐、观光之后即离开。对 地域文化和传统文化元素的利用仍停留在较浅层次,对于传统非遗文化的商业转化,多数仍停留在简单 的图案复制和产品贴标,缺乏符合现代审美和实用功能的创新设计, ...
