滨州纸质营业执照减发率全省第一

目前,滨州130家相关部门(单位)的340项涉企事项已实现电子营业执照全域应用。 根据省政府办公厅《关于开展全面应用数字化电子营业执照改革的实施方案》,自2025年3月1日起 在全省推行以电子营业执照为主要载体的经营主体身份证明模式。改革实施以来,滨州市共办理经营主 体新设立、变更业务72168件,实际发放纸质营业执照3093套。按每套纸质营业执照6元成本计算,已节 约工本费41.45万元,叠加节省的82.89万元邮寄费用,累计减少财政支出逾124万元。与此同时,全市电 子营业执照应用次数已达254.6万次,按单次打印(复印)成本0.5元测算,为企业群众节省办事成本超 127万元。 自山东省全面启动数字化电子营业执照改革以来,滨州市系统推进改革高效落地落实,目前全市纸 质营业执照减发率达95.71%,较全省平均水平高出36个百分点,居全省第一位。 ...
