个人在没有换发第三代社保卡或已换发但还未激活前,原社保卡不会停用,也不影响本人养老金发放, 社保、医保等功能均可继续使用。 社保卡合作银行即时制卡网点可现场领卡 常态化换发阶段在保留原有线上申领方式的同时,开放线下申领渠道。其中,线上渠道有四种,分别为 北京市人力资源和社会保障局官网、"北京人社"微信公众号、京通小程序以及北京民生一卡通微信小程 序;线下申领渠道为区、街两级社会保障卡服务网点,以及各社保卡合作银行服务网点。北京市尚未换 发第三代社保卡的参保人员,可根据本人意愿确定换发银行和领卡方式后,通过线上线下渠道申领第三 代社保卡。在职职工如通过线上渠道申领,且所在单位已开通集体申领并选择单位代领的,在职职工的 换发银行只可在单位选定的合作银行范围内选择。 参保人到社保卡合作银行即时制卡网点申领、补领或换领第三代社保卡的,可现场完成领卡,启用社会 保障功能并自愿激活金融功能。个人通过线上渠道或区、街社会保障卡服务网点首次申领第三代社保卡 的,自申领之日起30个自然日内完成制作,个人领卡后可通过线上线下渠道启用社会保障功能,自愿去 合作银行线下网点激活金融功能。个人通过线上或发卡合作银行非即时制卡网点申请补 ...
