最近,动力电池悄悄进入了"尴尬期",具体表现为产品的进步越来越难取悦消费者。 就拿今年年初新能源汽车行业再次掀起的"超高速充电"来说,通过应用一系列新技术,一批全容量充电倍率 4C~5C、高效区间充电速率7~8C的产品开始亮相(多家企业推出在即),意味着车辆可以在十多二十分 钟内完成完整充电。 与此前的全容量2C,高效区间4C~5C的动力电池(相当于半小时以上充满,高效区间十多二十分钟充好) 相比,充电速率提升了50%~70%,将新能源车的补能速度提升到接近燃油车的水平。 但随着时间的流逝,数字大幅提升带来的兴奋感很快就消失不见。消费者实际面对的,仍是快充设施普及 率低、商业快充成本高等问题,绝大部分用户继续每晚用自己7kW家充桩补能,甚至还要定时充上晚上12 点最便宜的"峰谷电"。 想要革新动力电池的"技术路线",首先肯定要找到问题出现在哪里。但很多人肯定想不到,这口"锅"只能由 电化学的基础物理特性背。 就拿目前市占率最高的磷酸铁锂来说,常规的石墨负极构型下,其理论能量密度极限就是200Wh/kg左右, 目前量产的产品已经做到了205Wh/kg,在不改变构型的情况下,潜力基本已经穷尽。 又因为目前乘用车留 ...
