点击图片▲立即了解 文 / 巴九灵(微信公众号:吴晓波频道) "如果按照对传统工厂的印象去评判,它真的非常不像一家工厂。" 5月14日—5月15日,吴老师和近百位企业家学员再一次开启了标杆工厂走访之旅。而这一次,他们走进的是西门子成都数字化工厂(下称"成都工 厂")。参观不到二十分钟,一位企业家学员如是评价道。 成都工厂总面积3.53万平方米,其中生产区域有14000多平方米。生产楼与办公楼紧密相连,从办公楼五层的会议区边侧的楼梯出发,绕过几层台 阶就能到达生产楼。 参访西门子成都工厂 在生产楼的建筑规划上,成都工厂建造之时就借鉴了德国西门子安贝格工厂生产区上楼的设计理念,建设了功能复合的四层厂房。 一层为传送带及生产辅助设施设备区域;二层为车间;三层、四层为生产用办公区。 除此之外,生产区域周边还设置有各种功能各异的房间,比如会议室、茶水间、咖啡室、休息室以及食堂。 在过去几年的工厂走访之旅中,西门子成都工厂始终是吴老师心心念念的参访之地。心心念念的理由有三点: ◎ 在探访之前,吴老师对一项数据非常感兴趣:成立12年,西门子成都工厂通过数字化改造升级,使得生产效率提升了2.3倍,制造成本累计降低 了近50% ...
