安徽省政府办公厅日前出台了《安徽省食品安全违法行为举报奖励办法》(以下简称《办法》), 明确举报食品安全违法行为最高可获30万元奖励,食品生产经营企业内部举报人奖励标准加倍。该《办 法》将于2026年3月1日起正式实施,有效期5年,2012年出台的暂行办法同步废止。 13个部门实现食品全链条监管环节全覆盖 此次修订后的《办法》明确,其适用范围覆盖本省各级食品安全有关部门受理的、属于职责范围内 的食品安全违法行为举报,需经查证属实且结案后,方可给予举报人奖金奖励。 其中,食品安全有关部门涵盖各级市场监管、农业农村、教育、卫生健康、公安、民政、林业、粮 食和储备、住房城乡建设、交通运输、城市管理、邮政、海关等13个部门,实现食品全链条监管环节全 覆盖。 《办法》界定,食品安全违法行为举报指任何组织或个人通过互联网、书信、电话、传真等形式, 向相关部门反映违法行为并由其依法处理的活动。接到举报的部门需及时登记受理,对不属于本部门职 责的举报,须按规定移交有权处理部门并告知举报人。同时明确举报人可选择实名或匿名举报:实名举 报需提供真实身份证明和有效联系方式,匿名举报则需提供可辨别身份的信息及有效联系方式,确保奖 励 ...
