前天(11月23日),由沪杭公司建设、中铁隧道局集团承建的通苏嘉甬高铁江苏段首座最大跨度连 续梁拱组合桥——苏南特大桥跨白蚬江连续梁拱组合桥主跨顺利合龙,打通了14公里的重要架桥机通 道,标志着通苏嘉甬铁路建设取得关键胜利,为长三角南北向骨干通道、苏州"丰"字形国家干线铁路网 的南北主动脉建设注入强劲动能。 据了解,苏南特大桥地跨吴中区、吴江区两个行政区,总长25公里,多次跨越既有公路、河流湖 泊、居民区、工业厂房等建构筑物,技术要求高、施工难度大、安全风险高,是通苏嘉甬铁路控制性工 程之一,深受社会各界关注。作为苏南特大桥重点攻坚工程的跨白蚬江连续梁拱组合桥,上跨苏申外港 线Ⅲ级航道,采用(94+180+94)米预应力混凝土连续梁拱组合结构,施工工艺选用先梁后拱方案。主 梁为单箱双室变截面设计,采用挂篮法分段现浇施工;拱肋计算跨径180米,设计矢高36米,采用哑铃 型钢管混凝土截面,钢管直径1米,拱肋全高3米、腹板宽度0.7米;全桥共设置9道米字撑及17组双吊 杆。 工程建设过程中,项目坚持"首件制"样板引路,利用数智教培中心数字技术,建立全工序可视化方 案,实现施工工艺标准化、交底可视化,形成可复制的"样 ...
