央视网消息:据文化和旅游部网站消息,日前,文化和旅游部、国家消防救援局联合发布关于促进新型 演出场所健康有序发展的通知。 近年来,各类"演艺新空间"、LiveHouse(现场音乐厅)等新型演出场所蓬勃发展,沉浸式演出形式受 到广泛欢迎,在创新文旅消费场景,满足人民群众精神文化需求方面发挥了积极作用。为进一步明确新 型演出场所消防标准,优化演出审批程序,促进新型演出场所健康有序发展,现将有关事项通知如下。 一、优化审批备案服务,营造良好营商环境 (一)明确市场定位。新型演出场所是指以演出为主营业务,利用剧院等传统演出场所之外的其他空间 打造的演出场所,是演出市场的重要组成部分。各地文化和旅游行政部门、消防救援机构要统筹好发展 和安全,坚持包容审慎监管,充分发挥新型演出场所在盘活资源、扩大消费等方面的积极作用。 (二)做好场所管理。设立新型演出场所经营单位,应当按照《营业性演出管理条例》《营业性演出管 理条例实施细则》等规定,办理登记、备案或者审批手续。新型演出场所应当符合《新型演出场所消防 安全管理要求》(见附件),在投入使用、营业前,依法申请办理消防批准文件。 (四)优化市场环境。各地文化和旅游行政部门要摸清 ...
