新华社北京9月12日电 题：新一轮重点行业稳增长方案出台 "稳"字背后释放哪些深意？ 新华社记者王悦阳 时隔两年，新一轮十大重点行业稳增长方案再次启动实施。 12日，《电力装备行业稳增长工作方案（2025—2026年）》对外发布。就在上周，《电子信息制造业 2025—2026年稳增长行动方案》发布。记者了解到，其他行业稳增长工作方案也将陆续推出。 今年是"十四五"规划收官之年，也是推进供给侧结构性改革十周年。在当前外部环境变化和内部经济结 构调整的关键阶段，十大重点行业稳增长方案的推出备受市场关注。 为什么此时推出新一轮重点行业稳增长方案？ 2023年，我国推出十大重点行业稳增长工作方案。彼时，规上工业增加值增速仅为3.8%，在国内需求 收缩、供给冲击、预期减弱的三重压力下，稳增长的重点就是要稳住工业基本盘，保持合理的增速支撑 经济大盘。 与那时相比，当前工业经济处在稳健向好的发展态势，今年上半年我国规上工业增加值同比增长 6.4%，主要经济指标总量和增速稳步提升。 但在向好的过程中，外部环境的复杂性、不确定性有所增加，部分产业结构性矛盾凸显，一些企业生产 经营还遇到不少困难，工业经济发展的外部环境、内生动力 ...
