当地时间8月22日,首届中非人权研讨会在埃塞俄比亚首都亚的斯亚贝巴召开,来自中国和非洲44个国家的200余名代表,围绕"构建中非命运共同体,携手 实现发展权"展开热烈讨论,达成并发布《中非发展权亚的斯亚贝巴共识》。 《中非发展权亚的斯亚贝巴共识》包括如下核心条款: 发展是解决一切人权问题的关键,发展权是一项不可剥夺的人权:强调发展权作为首要基本人权的重要性,指出消除贫困、饥饿、战乱、歧视等是保障人权 的基础; 坚持以人民为中心的发展理念:尊重各国人民主体地位,保障发展成果更多更公平惠及各国人民; 坚持可持续高质量发展:强化《联合国宪章》《2030年可持续发展议程》在发展权实现中的作用,推动平等的发展权利; 尊重各国主权、安全和发展利益:支持各国自主选择人权发展道路,反对将人权问题政治化、工具化; △蒙内铁路安全运营3000天 △南苏丹智库战略与政策研究所执行主任梅尔哈接受总台记者采访 从宣言到行动,中国从来不是"说说而已",而是切切实实地落到实处。比如,中国通过"中非高校20+20合作计划"等举措,帮助非洲培养了大批专业人才, 并提供了大量政府奖学金名额,邀请非洲学生来华留学深造,从人才机制与储备上帮助非洲国 ...
