转自:中国质量报 本报讯 (记者徐雅臣)近日,记者从北京首钢股份有限公司(以下简称"首钢股份")获悉,该公司起 草的《绿色低碳 冷轧和热镀钢板及钢带》系列5项企业标准以及对应的低碳汽车板产品价格体系正式发 布。这是钢铁行业内首个集产品使用性能与降碳属性于一体、可直接服务于汽车产业链绿色采购的绿色 低碳产品标准和价格体系。 据介绍,首钢股份此次发布的绿色低碳产品系列企业标准,在行业内首次定义了绿色低碳产品、降碳评 价方法、对比基准、牌号命名方式等概念。该标准提供了降碳30%至70%多个梯度等级产品,包含软 钢、烘烤硬化钢、低合金高强钢、双相钢及热冲压钢五大汽车板品种,强度级别覆盖300兆帕至2000兆 帕。此外,根据钢种特征和降碳需求,该标准对高炉—转炉、废钢—电炉及电炉—转炉等不同工艺路径 进行了最优匹配。 首钢股份相关负责人表示,未来,"近零碳"电炉短流程项目的落地后,首钢股份将具备最高70%以上 (LCA口径)降碳产品的批量稳定供应能力,这不仅能进一步推动首钢股份"双碳"目标的落地,更将助 力产业链实现协同降碳。 【标准发布】 考虑到大量添加废钢对产品的影响,为确保低碳路径下的产品性能,该系列企业标准在规 ...
