本报讯 (记者 顾植霞) 2025年,海南藏族自治州聚焦群众急难愁盼,精准施策、务实笃行,各级民政 部门扎实推进各项重点工作落地见效,累计发放低保、高龄、特困供养、残疾人等民政保障资金3.67亿 元,惠及9.21万人次。 完成与海东市第五轮行政区域界线联合检查,妥善化解兴海县与共和县20余年跨界村界历史遗留纠纷。 凝聚慈善公益力量,发放民生物资达7500件,为困难家庭拨付慰问资金5万元。 此外,在全省率先调整保障标准,提标资金量化比例达45%,农村低保月标准提高98元至571元,分类 施保补助月提高15元至86元,惠及1.85万名农村低保对象。投入596万元购置15台微压氧舱,分别配置 在社区、养老机构及州老年活动中心。采用公建民营模式建成二级专科精神卫生福利机构,填补当地精 神卫生福利事业空白,自2025年5月运营以来已服务1985人次。 在社会救助领域,海南州推行"按户施保+按人施保"模式与低保渐退政策,救助资金通过"一卡通"直达 群众,累计发放基本生活保障金3.03亿元,惠及5.22万人次。养老服务提质扩面,为23741名70岁以上高 龄老人发放补助3284.98万元;为4604名服务对象提供上门服务1 ...
