日前,2025年度中国老科协科学技术奖(简称中国老科协科技奖)获奖名单面向社会正式公布。市 老科协农业分会会员蔡培元喜获中国老科协科学技术奖(个人)。全省老科协系统仅有6人获此殊荣。日 前,市老科协专程走访慰问蔡培元,向他表示祝贺。 蔡培元退休后从屋顶养花需好土的需求出发,创办土壤改良剂厂。他钻研技术,聘请专家开展合 作,以工农业废弃物为原料,转化20多万立方米废料,开发60多种小包装花土花肥,进驻大型超市。他 先后创立两家国家级高新技术企业,与多所高校合作,获13项专利(含10项发明专利),开发多种产业 专用基质。作为老科协会员、农业分会的骨干成员,他常年下乡开展技术指导,公益助农超30万元。 市老科协负责人对蔡培元自强不息、志在兴农以及活到老学到老的创新精神表示钦佩,希望他继续 发挥技术优势,加强新型基质在农业生产中的示范应用,依托农业分会平台分享传播科学技术成果,带 动更多农户走上科技兴农的道路,助力乡村振兴与农业高质量发展,让"老有所为、老有所创"的精神在 更多人心中生根发芽。(邵利民 记者 陈志奎) ...
