香港商经局:多措并举助力中小企融入ESG理念 提升香港企业竞争力

智通财经APP获悉,5月30日,香港署理商务及经济发展局(商经局)局长陈百里出席亚太区中小企ESG论 坛时表示,要确保香港可以持续发展、可以继续前行,推动ESG是重要的一环工作。他指出,香港的中 小企业超过34万间,占香港企业单位总数98%以上,但中小企在融入ESG理念时面临着成本上升、知识 缺乏等问题。对此,当局积极推出措施配合企业在ESG方面的相关业务发展,以提升香港企业的竞争 力。 陈百里表示,对于一些大企业或者上市企业而言,ESG已经普遍融入于它们的管治架构、业务决策流程 和财务汇报范畴。对于一些资源有限的中小企,在推行ESG的时候可能会面对不同的困难,中小企在发 展ESG的时候,往往需要更多资源和专业的帮助,将ESG 理念融入到它们业务运作当中。 他指,香港特区政府,特别是商经局,作为合作伙伴和坚实后盾,亦会推出措施配合企业在ESG方面的 相关业务发展。例如工业贸易署(工贸署)辖下的"BUD专项基金"("发展品牌、升级转型及拓展内销市场 的专项基金")现时更针对性资助企业推行绿色转型项目,可获资助的细项包括为开发新产品进入目标市 场进行碳审计、为符合目标市场的环保标准或法规而升级生产线或应用新技术等 ...
