公开资料显示,山东鲁花集团商贸有限公司宁波分公司成立于2006年09月19日,注册地位于浙江省宁波市鄞州区柴家漕巷45 号,东岸名邸27号7-4,法定代表人为宫旭洲。 产经新闻爆料电话:0531-85196566 据处罚决定书(甬鄞市监处罚〔2025〕686号)披露,山东鲁花集团商贸有限公司宁波分公司自2022年9月起,在拼多多平台 开设的多家店铺中,对其销售的"鲁花"芝麻香油(350ml)和"鲁花"葵花仁油(1.6升)使用了"非转基因"宣传语。经市场监管 部门核查,目前市场上根本不存在转基因芝麻和转基因葵花作物及其加工而成的食用植物油。这意味着,相关宣传内容纯属 虚构,是对消费者的明显误导。 鄞州区市场监管局认定,该公司的行为违反了《中华人民共和国广告法》第四条第一款关于广告不得含有虚假内容的要求, 以及第二十八条第(二)项关于广告以虚假或者引人误解的内容欺骗、误导消费者的规定,构成发布虚假广告的违法行为。 依据《广告法》第五十五条第一款,监管部门决定对该公司处以罚款人民币2万元。鉴于该公司已主动停止发布涉案广告并在 相应范围内消除影响,故未再责令其停止发布广告。该行政处罚决定已于2025年7月8日作出并同 ...
