可供灾后改种补种的作物种类虽然多,但田间管理的复杂性和难度不容忽视。由于不是在正常季节播 栽,应采取一些超常规技术手段:早种早管,促进作物早生快发;增加作物群体密度,补充个体生长量 不足的缺陷;管理上以促为主,在短期内使作物有较大的生长量。收获后应加强产销对接,减少农民损 失。 (作者为全国农业技术推广服务中心粮食处高级农艺师,本报记者郁静娴采访整理) 一般来说,受淹超过3天,对产量影响较大或绝收地块,要及时进行改种补种,这也是最有效的救灾措 施之一。对因泥沙冲压一时难以恢复的地块,要尽快清除田间垃圾沙石,深翻耕地,因地制宜进行改种 补种,力争做到不空田、不荒田。 改种补种时,要根据当地温光条件来选择作物。以黄淮海地区为例,7月上旬前,通常改种鲜食玉米、 甘薯、糜子、荞麦、绿豆等作物,尽可能选择短生育期、中早熟或极早熟品种;7月中旬前,改种鲜食 玉米需注意足墒播种,改种荞麦要适当加大播种量和播深;7月下旬后,补种露地蔬菜等短生育期作 物,如小白菜、菠菜、香草、苋菜、竹叶菜等,等雨带水播种,确保正常出苗。 7月以来,大范围集中降雨以及台风"桦加沙"等带来强风雨天气,对农业生产影响较大。9月初,财政部 会同农业农 ...
