今年4月25日至5月1日是第23个全国《职业病防治法》宣传周。为适应经济社会发展新形势新要 求,新版《职业病分类和目录》(下称《目录》)新增"职业性肌肉骨骼疾病""职业性精神和行为障 碍"两个类别,将职业性腕管综合征、创伤后应激障碍纳入《目录》,直击制造业工人、医疗卫生人 员、消防救援人员等群体的职业健康"痛点"。 也应看到,职业病防治工作仍然任重道远。一方面,随着新技术、新业态的不断涌现,职业病的种 类和表现形式也在不断变化,这就要求我们不断更新和完善职业病目录,确保防治工作的及时性和有效 性。另一方面,职业病防治是个系统工程,需要政府、企业和劳动者的共同参与和努力。 政府部门应加大监管力度,确保用人单位严格遵守职业病防治相关法律法规,为劳动者提供安全、 健康的工作环境。同时,还应加强职业病防治的宣传教育,提高劳动者的自我防护意识和能力。用人单 位则应切实承担起职业病防治的主体责任,积极改善工作条件,为劳动者配备符合人体工程学的设备, 减少重复性劳损。此外,还应建立健全职业病防治制度,加强员工健康管理,及时发现并处理职业病危 害因素。劳动者自身也应提高健康意识,合理安排工作时间和强度,避免长时间连续使用电脑 ...
