中新社北京11月24日电 (记者 尹倩芸)中国15座城市,将在"国际化消费"领域迎来国家级的政策支 持。 中国商务部、财政部日前公示"国际化消费环境建设试点城市拟入选名单",全国共15座城市入围。 事实上,对于建设国际消费中心城市,很多城市早已积极响应,并提出具体的行动计划。 一部分城市通过挖掘自身优质产业资源,形成独特的供给能力。例如杭州数字经济占比高,发展数 字消费有基础。 有些则依托独特地理和文化优势,打造具有地方特色的消费体验。例如昆明瞄准"南亚东南亚入境 消费第一城",为南亚东南亚居民开展商贸、旅游等活动提供出入境便利。 重庆将发展夜间经济作为国际消费中心城市培育建设的重要内容。数据显示,2024年重庆社会消费 品零售总额达1.57万亿元,其中60%以上的消费发生在夜间。 据财政部、商务部9月底公布的《关于开展国际化消费环境建设工作的通知》,未来国际化消费环 境建设将支持:一是丰富高品质消费供给。包括创新"商旅文体健"多元融合消费场景,建设入境消费友 好型商圈,培育一批有国际影响力的本土品牌。二是优化涉外支付服务。主要体现在外卡POS机覆盖密 度和外币兑换点的建设力度上。三是提升国际化服务水平。包括 ...
