据中疾控微信公众号消息,近年来,随着居民健康意识的不断提升,各种标榜"无糖"的食品如雨后春笋 般出现在超市货架上:无糖饼干、0糖气泡水、糖尿病专用糕点……这些产品仿佛为糖尿病患者打开了 一扇"解馋"之门。但当你放心大快朵颐时,是否想过,"无糖"二字背后,可能隐藏着意想不到的"甜蜜 陷阱"? 什么是"无糖食品"? 根据国家标准,每100克固体或100毫升液体食品中,含糖量≤0.5克即可声称为"无糖"。这里的"糖"主要 指葡萄糖、蔗糖等单糖、双糖。 为了在不添加糖的情况下依然保持食物令人愉悦的甜味,无糖食品中通常都添加了甜味剂,也即"代 糖"。代糖主要分为三大类: 人工合成非营养性甜味剂,如阿斯巴甜、安赛蜜、三氯蔗糖、糖精钠等,特点是甜度极高,几乎不含热 量,人体吸收后不参与血糖代谢; 天然来源非营养性甜味剂,如甜菊糖苷、罗汉果甜苷等,同样具备低能量、不影响血糖的优势; 营养性甜味剂,如赤藓糖醇、木糖醇、麦芽糖醇、山梨糖醇等糖醇类,其在肠道内部分吸收,过量摄入 仍会导致血糖波动。 所以,"无糖"并不等于"绝对零糖"。 无糖不等于无碳水化合物、无热量、无脂肪、不升糖 真正的"升糖元凶"是碳水化合物,其家族包括"可消 ...

小麦赤霉病关键“感病开关”基因被发现
