台积电高雄厂发现炸弹

国芯网[原:中国半导体论坛] 振兴国产半导体产业! 不拘中国、 放眼世界 ! 关注 世界半导体论坛 ↓ ↓ ↓ 9月8日消息,据台媒报道,台积电高雄厂区7日发现一枚未爆炸弹,台军方未爆弹处理小组到场处理,经鉴定为早期遗留航空炸弹,后续将依废弹处理程 序完成销毁作业。 台军方称,未爆弹经鉴定为早期遗留空用炸弹残体,弹体严重锈蚀,批号等不明,目前已移运入库妥善保存,将依废弹处理程序销毁。 据台媒报道,这是台积电高雄厂区第三次挖出未爆弹。2024年8月27日该厂区执行整治作业时,就曾挖到早期遗留"1000磅航空炸弹"残体;同年11月11 日 又挖到"500磅航空炸弹"残体。 两次挖掘出的炸弹弹体都严重锈蚀。不少人研判称,所挖出炸弹是距今80年前,太平洋战争时期,厂区处储藏油库遭美军轰炸时所遗留。 高雄工厂是台积电投资的最重要的工厂之一,该工厂将容纳五座芯片制造厂,第一座工厂(P1)预计将于年底投入量产。 其中,P1、P2工厂预计将生产2nm芯片,而P3、P4、P5工厂则将生产2nm或更先进工艺芯片,例如采用台积电1.4A工艺制造的产品。 ***************END*************** 半导体公众 ...
