新华社北京8月12日电(记者申铖)记者12日从财政部了解到,财政部、民政部等九部门印发《服务业 经营主体贷款贴息政策实施方案》,明确对符合条件的8类消费领域服务业经营主体贷款给予财政贴 息。 根据实施方案,同时符合相关条件的贷款可享受贴息政策。相关条件包括,由经办银行向餐饮住宿、健 康、养老、托育、家政、文化娱乐、旅游、体育8类消费领域服务业经营主体发放;在《提振消费专项 行动方案》公开发布之日(2025年3月16日)至2025年12月31日期间签订贷款合同且相关贷款资金发放 至经营主体;贷款资金合规用于改善消费基础设施和提升服务供给能力等。 贴息标准方面,实施方案明确,对于经办银行向服务业经营主体发放的贷款,财政部门按照贷款本金对 经营主体进行贴息,贴息期限不超过1年,年贴息比例为1个百分点,中央财政、省级财政分别承担贴息 资金的90%、10%。单户享受贴息的贷款规模最高可达100万元。相关贷款包括用于改善消费基础设施 的固定资产贷款以及用于提升服务供给能力的流动资金贷款。 根据实施方案,中央财政给予贴息的服务业经营主体贷款经办银行为21家全国性银行。符合条件的服务 业经营主体可向所在地相关经办银行提出贷款 ...
