12月30日消息,追觅科技宣布,正式落地"家庭健康保障计划",为全体在职员工及其直系亲属投保重疾 险与防癌险,2026年1月1日正式生效。 据悉,该计划由追觅科技承担全部费用,覆盖全体员工,包含安保、保洁等岗位,保障范围延伸至员工 直系亲属,包括配偶、子女及父母。其中,针对性为员工、配偶及子女投保重疾险,为员工父母投保防 癌险。 据了解,在此之前,追觅科技为员工提供了年度体检、婚育津贴、爱心基金以及员工补充医疗商业保险 等福利。此次"家庭健康保障计划",旨在将公司员工关怀系统化地延伸至家庭层面。 从个人到家庭,企业关怀体系的深层延伸 根据保障细则,此次投保分为两个层级:针对正值家庭责任核心期的员工、配偶及子女,提供重大疾病 保险(重疾险);针对年长易患病群体的员工父母,提供恶性肿瘤专项保险(防癌险)。 具体保障额度方面,员工及配偶、子女的重疾险包含四大核心保障:重大疾病住院医疗费用报销最高达 100万元,重大疾病特殊门诊医疗费用纳入100万元额度内,重大疾病确诊给付10万元,轻症疾病给付3 万元。父母防癌险则涵盖:恶性肿瘤医疗费用最高100万元(其中质子重离子医院治疗专项额度50万 元),恶性肿瘤院外特定药品 ...
