北京发布61项地方标准 涵盖高精尖产业等领域 中新网北京9月29日电 (记者 吕少威)记者今天从北京市市场监管局获悉,为贯彻《首都标准化发展纲要 2035》,加快构建首都高质量发展标准体系,北京市批准发布61项地方标准,其中首次制定标准38项, 修订标准23项。 该批标准覆盖人类辅助生殖技术、残疾人托养服务、洗染服务、无人平台智能感知系统、食品安全等多 个重点领域,其中,《人类辅助生殖技术质量监测与评价规范》属全国首创。该批标准将于2026年1月1 日起正式实施。 在助力打造"北京服务"品牌方面,北京制定了《人类辅助生殖技术质量监测与评价规范》《残疾人托养 机构精神障碍者照护服务规范》和《洗染企业服务评价规范》等标准。其中,《人类辅助生殖技术质量 监测与评价规范》为全国首个人类辅助生殖技术质量管理标准。 《残疾人托养机构精神障碍者照护服务规范》从服务的基本要求、设施布局、人员配置、安全管理、服 务流程与内容等方面作出全面规定,特别强调了对精神障碍者出现感知、思维、情绪和行为异常时的照 护要点。该标准对于健全首都残疾人关爱服务体系,提高残疾人生活品质,助力残疾人权益保障具有重 要意义。 《洗染企业服务评价规范》 ...
