中新网银川11月15日电 (李佩珊鲁治平)11月14日,由宁夏发展和改革委员会(数据局)批复设立、宁夏数 据中心指导推进的宁夏数据要素运营中心正式启动运营,为宁夏数字经济高质量发展注入新动能。 启动仪式上,宁夏数据要素运营中心分别被授牌"宁夏企业数据资产登记服务中心""宁夏国资国企可信 数据空间";数字宁夏建设运营有限责任公司与福建省大数据集团有限公司联合揭牌"闽宁数据资产运营 服务中心"。现场还为人民网舆情数据中心、中国电子云、杭州数梦工场、宁夏气象服务中心等企业颁 发首批入驻数商证书。 目前,宁夏数据要素运营中心已构建数据资产服务、数据应用场景开发、数据治理服务、数据交易服 务、数据安全服务五大核心能力,累计引进数商32家,上架数据产品119个。前期,该中心已完成场内 数据交易3单,交易额达115万元;完成8项数据资产登记,评估入表金额超500万元。 宁夏数据中心相关负责人表示,宁夏数据要素运营中心的建成投运,是宁夏落实国家"东数西算"战略、 深化数据要素市场化配置改革的重要实践,也是推动区域协调发展、融入全国一体化数据市场的关键举 措。下一步,该中心将着力提升数据流通交易服务能力,加速数据要素价值释放, ...
