江南产业集中区:完善基础配套 夯实发展根基

随着集中区快速发展,原梅龙一站已不能满足园区防洪排涝需求。为使水利基础设施与经济社会发展需 求相适应,去年,该区积极申报,经池州市水利主管部门批复同意后,拆除重建原梅龙一站。该项目自 去年10月开工以来稳步推进,主体结构已完成近80%。 该项目负责人表示,秋冬两季是兴修水利的好时节,今年底梅龙一站便可完成副厂房、管理房、启闭机 房等房建结构及装饰装修和水泵安装工作,计划明年3月底完成电气设备安装调试,同年4月底基本具备 抽排条件。新站建成后不仅能大幅提升园区整体防洪排涝能力,还将以0.5立方米/秒的灌溉流量保障周 边5000余亩良田的灌溉需求。 "前几日到集中区政务服务大厅办事,感觉大楼门前的停车位有点紧张。"群众反馈无小事,致力于打造 服务型政府的集中区管委会迅速响应,启动了科技孵化园Z1、Z2号楼停车场工程,为前来办事的企业 人员和辖区群众创造更便捷的停车条件。据悉,该项目总造价约230万元,规划新建78个停车位、86个 停车棚,还有附属道路、亮化、绿化、给排水和智能化工程,目前场地混凝土浇筑已经完成。"考虑到 现在新能源车辆较多,我们还会新建6个快充充电桩和20个慢充充电桩,方便园区新能源车主使用。"该 ...
