"全国50亿平方米新房落地、累计改造城镇老旧小区24万多个、房地产白名单贷款超7万亿元……"10月 11日,国新办举行"高质量完成'十四五'规划"系列主题新闻发布会。住房城乡建设部部长倪虹在会上表 示,当前,我国城镇化正从快速增长期转向稳定发展期,城市发展正从大规模增量扩张阶段转向存量提 质增效为主的阶段。 "十四五"期间,我国住房城乡建设取得了显著成效。 在解决群众住房问题方面,董建国在发布会上介绍,"十四五"期间,住建部坚持因城施策、精准施策、 一城一策,充分赋予城市政府房地产市场的调控自主权,因地制宜调整优化房地产政策,支持居民合理 住房消费,通过市场体系满足居民的多样化改善性住房需求。 不断加大对居民购房的政策支持力度,下调住房公积金和商业银行贷款首付比例和利率、对居民"卖旧 买新"换购住房给予退税支持、下调契税税率、取消普通住宅和非普通住宅标准等,各地也因城施策出 台了购房补贴等各类优惠政策,降低居民的购房成本。 "十四五"期间,全国累计销售新建商品住宅面积约50亿平方米。同时,存量住房市场的规模持续扩大, 目前,全国有15个省、区、市二手住宅交易量超过新房。 改造城镇老旧小区24万多个 住房城乡建 ...
