新型制氢装备下月在汉投入运营

一款用绿电制备氢能的设备,已在中石化氢能机械(武汉)有限公司(以下简称氢能机械公司)下线。近日,长江日报记者了解到, 氢能机械公司刚刚研发的一款新型方形碱性电解槽,不仅能使用绿电制备氢能,相较传统制氢装备电耗更低、可靠性更好、维护更便捷, 其中,极板维修成本能降低九成。 氢能机械公司于2024年11月在东西湖区成立,是目前国内少数同时具备制氢、加氢、输氢、供氢装备全产品链研制能力的企业之一。 步入氢能装备总装与检测车间内,记者看到工人们各司其职,专心调试着各类制氢、加氢装备。 编辑:胡之澜 走至一个长约8米、总重量60吨的"大家伙"前,公司工程师张勃飞介绍,这款耗时3年研发出的新型碱性电解槽,计划下个月正式投入 运营。 中石化氢能机械(武汉)有限公司车间里,工人们专心调试着各类装备。 张勃飞表示,新设备开发的智能巡检技术能快速定位失效极板单元。"简单来说,就是我们的设备上安装有160片双极板,任意哪一块 故障,都可以单独拿出来替换,让维修成本降低90%,实现高效经济运维,保障连续生产。" "这款设备的产氢量每小时最高达2000标准立方米,可用于消纳陆上风电、海上风电及光伏新能源发出的绿色电力,转化为绿氢产品, ...
