近日,南都湾财社记者获悉,工业和信息化部正式印发《关于组织开展卫星物联网业务商用试验的通知》,在全 国范围内启动卫星物联网商用试验工作。此举标志着我国卫星通信产业化迈出关键一步,将进一步激发商业航 天、低空经济等新兴产业活力,助力新质生产力发展。 工信部表示,此次试验旨在丰富卫星通信市场供给、激发市场主体活力、提升行业服务能力、建立安全监管体 系,形成可复制可推广的经验和模式,支持商业航天、低空经济等新兴产业安全健康发展。 通知显示,本次商用试验申请开展卫星物联网商用试验的企业,应通过构建卫星物联网系统,以及业务支撑系统 (BSS)、运营支撑系统(OSS)和管理支撑系统(MSS),依法依规在全国范围开展卫星物联网业务。商用试 验服务对象为利用卫星物联网开展应用的企事业单位,主要包括工业、交通、能源、农业、应急等领域中利用卫 星物联网开展数据采集和传输的行业用户。 根据通知要求,申请企业需具备资金、人才、设施等基础条件,提交科学完善的试验方案,并依法办理频率台站 许可。试验期为两年,在此期间企业须落实网络安全、实名制管理、数据保护、防诈治理等责任,定期报送业务 数据,接入工业互联网标识解析体系,支持IPv6,实 ...
