7月16日,记者从西安市发展和改革委员会获悉:西安市发展和改革委员会、西安市市场监督管理 局日前联合发布《关于加强我市景区门票及相关服务价格管理有关工作的通知》。 西安市发展和改革委员会相关工作人员介绍,制定或调整政府指导价景区门票及交通价格,应当严 格按照《政府制定价格行为规则》等规定,履行价格调查、成本监审或成本调查、听取社会意见等程 序。未履行规定程序的不得制定或调整旅游景区门票价格。 《通知》明确,承包景区经营权支出、景区资产的评估增值部分,违规建设围栏围挡等设施的费用 支出,不得计入门票成本;景区门票原则上实行一票制;将相邻的旅游景区(点)门票合并成联票的, 联票价格应当低于各单项门票的价格之和,并保留各单项门票的销售;设置多日(次)有效门票的景 区,应当保留单日(次)门票;游客可自愿选择购买,不得强制或变相强制销售;除文物建筑及遗址类 博物馆外,各级文化文物部门归口管理的公共博物馆、纪念馆,全国爱国主义教育示范基地应向社会免 费开放。 《通知》提出,除明码标价内容以外,景区经营单位不得以任何名义、任何形式增加收费项目,提 高或变相提高门票价格;景区经营单位不得区别本地与外地游客、境内与境外游客,针 ...
