黄其森回来了。 近日,泰禾集团公告,称黄其森的留置措施已经解除,其已正常履行公司董事长兼总经理的职责,公司生产经营情况正常。 从被留置到归来,黄其森消失了将近5个月时间。2025年8月,黄其森被辽宁省新民市监察委员会实施留置措施,原因是涉嫌违法。 有市场消息称,黄其森被留置的直接原因是两笔源自盛京银行的房地产信托融资。回溯来看,2019年3月,盛京银行审批了两笔贷款,合计38亿余元,通 过信托渠道发放给泰禾集团,期限一年。 一年后,泰禾集团出现现金流危机,无力偿还本金,这两笔款项获得展期,而后风险仍未释放。上述消息指出,彼时为泰禾集团办理这两笔融资时,监管 层已经开始限制银行信贷资金流向房地产,因此最终采取了信托渠道,即银行将理财资金投给信托公司,再由信托公司将资金借给房企。 值得一提的是,这不是黄其森第一次留置后又重返岗位。 早在2022年3月,泰禾集团就曾披露公告,称黄其森正在协助有关机关调查。彼时市场有消息称,泰禾集团执行副总裁黄曦、副总裁林文华也被带走协助 调查,此二人在集团负责资金运作。 当日晚间,泰禾集团紧急召开媒体会,时任联席总裁葛勇称黄其森是协助调查,否认是因为集团经营层面的问题,与企业经营本 ...
