汽车整车企业供应商 账款支付规范倡议 为了推动汽车行业落实《保障中小企业款项支付条例》,支持重点车企高质量践行供应商 账期承诺,在充分协商的基础上,对整车企业与供应商企业采购合同中账款支付相关内容作 如下规范倡议: 2.甲方应在接收货物后及时完成验收(原则上不超过3个工作日),验收合格即出具验收 单。若发现货物品种、数量、质量不符合要求,甲方应及时通知乙方,乙方应在指定期限内 采取整改、更换或补供措施,由此造成损失的责任认定及赔付事宜,双方按合同约定处理。 (三)支付与结算 1.甲方支付账期自乙方交货并通过甲方验收合格之日起计算,最长不超过60个自然日(如 支付当日遇法定节假日顺延)。若乙方为连续性供货(月度供货次数2次以上)的非中小企 业,经双方协商,可在一定时间内集中对账,账期自双方对账日起算;甲方应至少每月进行 一次集中对账,核定自上一对账日以来验收合格货物的数量及对应账款。 一、总体原则 坚持平等、自愿、公正、诚信原则,遵守国家相关法律法规规定,落实《保障中小企业款 项支付条例》要求,不利用大企业优势地位侵害供应商利益,致力于构建"整车—零部件"协 作共赢发展生态,共同推动汽车产业高质量发展。 二、关 ...
