“辅助驾驶”≠自动驾驶 假期驾车出行这些误区太危险

近日,在沈海高速平苍段外笼山隧道内,两辆小车发生追尾事故后就这样停在了隧道快车道内,车上人员下车查看车损情况。由于当时隧道慢车道正在施 工,事故车滞留在快车道后,直接阻断了路面通行,后方来车只能从施工区域绕行通过,导致道路出现缓行。直到十分钟后高速公路执勤人员赶到现场,两 辆事故车才驶离,其间两车驾驶人也没有报警。在后续事故调查中高速交警发现,两辆车只是轻微受损,完全不影响行驶,后车驾驶人李某表示,当时也跟 前车驾驶入吴某交涉先将车辆撤离主线,不要影响其他车辆通行,但是吴某却在纠结车辆赔偿问题,迟迟不肯驶离。 最终,吴某因发生交通事故后应当自行撤离现场而未撤离,造成交通堵塞的违法行为被处以罚款两百元不计分的处罚。 假期期间,景区周边道路交通安全风险也比较突出,热点景区、网红打卡点、商圈井喷过载,停车困难,人车混杂,发生刮擦、追尾事故概率大。此外,由 于假期高速公路流量激增,促使部分物流运输转向普通国省干道,恰逢假期期间返乡人员出行增加,务工务农活动集中,农村地区交通环境更加复杂。 公安部提示广大驾驶人,自驾出行要提前关注天气预报、路况信息,合理规划出行时间和路线,尽量避开出行高峰和恶劣天气。乘坐客运车辆出行, ...
