广东“诚信价格”行为指引公开征求意见
日前,《广东省商品零售行业"诚信价格"行为指引(征求意见稿)》《广东省餐饮行业"诚信价格"行为 指引(征求意见稿)》《广东省住宿业"诚信价格"行为指引(征求意见稿)》3份意见稿向社会公开征 求意见,意见反馈截止日期为2025年12月24日。 据悉,3份意见稿是广东省市场监督管理局根据《中华人民共和国价格法》等法律规定起草的,旨在推 动经营者遵守相关领域行为规范,营造放心消费环境,保护相关主体合法权益,维护市场公平竞争秩 序。 零售行业"诚信价格"行为指引指出,经营者可以根据自身特点和条件,采取消费者能够方便、有效获悉 的方式进行明码标价。电子商务经营者通过网络等方式销售商品或者提供服务的,应当通过网络页面, 以文字、图像等方式进行明码标价。同一标价方式上,可以同时标示会员价和非会员价,但标示应当做 到清晰醒目。标示会员价和非会员价的字体大小应当一致。 另外,经营者开展促销活动应当真实、准确、清晰、易懂,避免使用含糊不清、容易引起误解的语言、 文字、数字、图片或者视频等进行价格标示。 住宿业经营者不得虚构原价 住宿业价格实行市场调节价,由经营者依据经营成本和市场供求等情况依法自主制定,通过市场公平竞 争形成价格 ...
