中国质量新闻网讯 2026年元旦、春节将至,为切实规范节日期间市场价格秩序,优化消费环境,保障 消费者合法权益,河北省定州市市场监管局依据《价格法》《明码标价和禁止价格欺诈规定》等法律法 规,现就有关价格行为提醒告诫如下: 严格遵守价格法规,强化主体责任 各经营主体及相关单位需自觉履行社会责任,遵循公平、合法、诚实守信的定价原则,依法合规开展经 营活动。行业协会不得组织经营者串通涨价、操纵市场价格,应积极引导行业经营者诚信经营,共同维 护市场价格秩序。 (三)交通出行领域。客运、出租车等经营者需公示票价,落实节假日收费优惠政策,不得价外收费。 停车场需标明收费标准、计费方式及投诉电话,严禁超标准收费。 (四)餐饮消费领域。年夜饭套餐及单点菜品、酒水、饮料等需全面明码标价,清晰标注品名、规格、 份量、价格、计价单位。线上线下预订渠道需同步公示完整价格信息,促销活动需明确标注起止时间, 杜绝误导性标识。不得在标价之外收取任何未予标明的费用。尊重消费者自主选择权,不得强制消费者 接受服务。严禁同一经营场所出现"两套菜单",确保预订价格与实际结算价格一致。严禁虚构原价、虚 假优惠打折、低标高结等价格欺诈行为。 (一) ...
