山东高技能人才总量达460万人 不断扩大技工院校办学规模,提升办学质量。目前,全省现有技工院校221所、在校生45万人,分 别居全国第一位、第二位。2024年,技工院校招生超16.7万人,超额完成年度招生任务。依托技工院校 建成国家级高技能人才培训基地56个、国家技能根基工程培训基地4个,88所技工院校纳入全国技工院 校工学一体化建设试点名单,数量居全国前列。此外,我省还打破校校壁垒,组建16家省级重点技工教 育集团(联盟);打破校企壁垒,创新开展"订单式培养"。截至目前,全省技工院校开设"订单班""冠 名班"989个,在校生4.4万人。 为加快推动山东技工教育高质量特色发展,进一步解决制约技工教育发展的问题,省人力资源社会 保障厅等12个部门制定了《山东省支持技工教育高质量特色发展若干措施》,创新提出17条具体举 措。"《若干措施》提出,在培养模式上,探索高技能人才长学制贯通合作培养试点,试行技工教育特 色学分银行制度。在培训基地上,首次提出在全省省级以上高技能人才培训基地中,遴选建设20所左右 省级职业训练院。在资金激励上,提出职业技能培训的收支结余,可按照不低于50%的比例作为绩效工 资的资金来源,并在 ...
