近日,据媒体报道,部分智能家居家电产品存在"伪智能"乱象。比如,智能炒菜机在烹饪过程中需要人 工频繁干预,有的智能洗衣机自动投放的洗衣液用量与实际需求明显不符等。伪智能家居家电非但不省心, 还给人添堵,让渴望解放双手的消费者大失所望。 "伪智能"乱象反映出行业内一些商家急功近利的心态。当智能家居家电越来越成为市场主流,一些商家 为抢占市场,将功能明显达不到要求的产品贴上"智能"的牌子进行夸大宣传,扰乱市场正常秩序,对此应及 时进行有力监管。从源头上说,伪智能产品之所以能够贴上"智能"的标签,是行业标准相对滞后,让不良商 家钻了空子。健全完善智能产品行业标准,对其进行严格细致的划分与界定,才能为市场监管提供强有力支 撑,从源头上避免伪智能产品流向市场。 (图/王少华 文/韩慧) ...
