大家好,深蓝的销售顾问又来了 。 今天 带 大家看看 店里的销量担当, 刚刚完成了新老款切换的深蓝S05。 第一、最近市场如何 ? 上个月全店销量4 9 台,其中S05占到了 22 台,说它是店里的销量担当一点也不为过。这车全款提成450块,按揭多200块。 最畅销的配置是520 M ax,10台 里面 能占到9台 。 颜色方面大多数客户会选择流光银 。 目前有在库车6台,配置全部为520 M ax,其中流光银5台、白 色1台,还有2台灰色的在途 。 虽然 现在 金九银十的说法淡了很多, 不过 客流量较 之前 来说还是有 所 回升 的 。我们店一天客流能达到7 、 8组,周末 可以 翻两番还多。10组客户中 有3组 是 专门来看S05的。 当地是5线小城市,基本上所有 的 汽车品牌都只有一家店, 所以客户比价的情况还算好 。除了省会城市,其他地级市 情况 跟我们差不多。 深蓝对价格管控比较严格,大区经理直接拉了个群,所有的销售、店长都在里面, 被发现突破限价的,直接就开喷了。 第二,别人都是怎么买这车的? 最难卖是什么配置/颜色? 最难卖的是顶配Ultra版,跟颜色无关,只要是Ultra无论老款新款都难卖。 ...
