科技日报记者 陆成宽 基于该技术,研究团队联合山东三维化学集团股份有限公司、榆林中科洁净能源创新研究院、灏鸣能源科技(大连)有限公司等企业,在河南新乡成功建成 了国内外首套年处理10万立方米硫化氢的中试示范装置。该装置目前已连续稳定运行超过1000小时,实现了硫化氢的完全转化,并生产出纯度高于99.95% 的硫磺和纯度超过99.999%的高纯氢气,真正做到了"吃干榨净"、变废为宝。 作为天然气开采、石油炼化及煤化工等工业流程中的常见副产物,硫化氢具有极高的毒性,不仅危害人体健康,排放后还可能转化为酸雨,严重污染环境。 如何完全消除与资源化利用硫化氢,一直是困扰相关行业的难题。 自2003年起,李灿院士团队便开始攻关这一课题。经过十余年攻关,研究团队解决了规模化分解硫化氢工程放大问题,研发出具有我国自主知识产权的离场 电催化全分解硫化氢制氢和硫磺技术。与传统电催化反应在电极表面进行不同,该技术通过特殊的电子介导,巧妙地将产生硫磺和氢气的化学反应"转移"到 电解槽之外独立的反应器中进行。 "这一设计,犹如为化学反应设置了'专用车间',从根本上避免了硫磺固体堵塞、污染电极和隔膜的难题,也排除了催化剂表面氢气气泡黏附 ...
