第五届粤港澳大湾区文化艺术节11城联动举行

"部分商家在销售随身无线上网产品中存在的虚假宣传、诱导预存、网速不实、退款不畅等行为,已违 反消费者权益保护法中关于经营者应当真实、全面,不得作虚假或者引人误解的宣传的规定。"中国政 法大学民商经济法学院副教授范世乾说。 时下,能够随时随地上网,成为许多人移动办公或差旅出行的必备条件。由此,体积小、免布线、即买 即用的便携式上网设备"随身WiFi"获得越来越多消费者青睐。然而,部分产品出现虚假宣传、强制预 存、流量虚标等问题。 "买前客服承诺随用随充,到手后却发现要预存至少50元才能激活设备。"今年2月,河北邢台市读者段 女士在某平台直播间购入了一款便携式无线上网设备,被要求预存费用。段女士激活了设备,并购买了 9.8元的小额流量套餐,可体验下来网速较慢。联系客服,对方称"这是普通套餐"并给出条件:确认收 货并给出五星好评免费升级,否则需补200元差价。段女士表示要退货,客服又改口称"再加50元也可以 升级成特快套餐"。 此类遭遇并非个例。周女士在人民网"人民投诉"留言称,她接连遇到了强制预存、套餐陷阱和诱导消 费。周女士被宣传页面"19.9元300G"的优惠吸引,入手后才发现需要一次性交2年费用才可激活。" ...
